Reed Construction to Complete 35,500 Square Foot Build-Out in Arlington Heights
CHICAGO – Reed Construction is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 35,500 square foot renovation for SVM at 3727 Ventura Drive in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Founded in 1997, SVM handles the sales, marketing and distribution of gift cards for most major gasoline companies. The firm is relocating its headquarters to Arlington Heights from 200 E. Howard Avenue in Des Plaines. Reed Construction was selected to complete the 35,500 square foot renovation for SVM, which will consist of demolition, the addition of office space, a new secure vault as well as a mezzanine conference room including a steel structure suspended from existing crane rails. Once complete, the new space for SVM will also feature high bay ceilings in the common areas, new interior glazing, and updated locker rooms. Reed Construction is also re-working the existing MEPFP systems.
Bryan Krueger is the principal involved and Dan Cohen is the project manager for Reed Construction. Wefing Deegan Studios is providing the architectural services. The project is scheduled for completion in January 2015.
