The Office Lounge, Inc. leased a 2,472-square-feet restaurant building at 4721 Vincennes Boulevard in Cape Coral, Fla., from M. Alan Hendry Investments, LLC. Carlos Acosta, CCIM and Chuck Smith, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial facilitated the transaction.
JR Swanson Plumbing Co, Inc. leased 1,605-square-feet of office space at 1490 NE Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Fla., from Toll Gate Naples, LLC dba Coral Commercial Properties. Carlos Acosta, CCIM and Chuck Smith, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial facilitated the transaction.
