NATIONAL RETAIL BROKERAGE NETWORK PICKS 35+ YEAR VETERAN 
& PRESIDENT OF THE GOLDSTEIN GROUP

PARAMUS, NJ. (JUNE 3, 2013) – The Goldstein Group, the leading retail brokerage firm of New Jersey, reported strong leasing transaction results, as the retail market in New Jersey continues its upward trend of improvement.

Highlights of The Goldstein Group’s recent leasing transactions in New Jersey with national and regional tenants such as:

  • Planet Fitness – On behalf of the retailer, The Goldstein Group leased 15,300 sf at 600 Getty Avenue in Clifton.
  • McDonald’s – On behalf of the retailer and owner, The Goldstein Group handled the relocation from a smaller space to a 3,000 sf unit at 260 Central Avenue in Jersey City. Principal Neil Goldstein of The Goldstein Group completed the deal.
  • Sherwin Williams – Representing both the retailer and owner, The Goldstein Group handled the leasing of a 4,000 sf space at Reservoir Shopping Center, 425-435 Anderson Avenue in Fairview. Principal Neil Goldstein of The Goldstein Group was responsible for the deal.
  • Family Dollar – Representing the owner, The Goldstein Group leased 9,400 sf at 310 Union Avenue in Rutherford and 8,400 sf at 2303 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison. Senior Vice President Donald Goldstein of The Goldstein Group was responsible for the transaction.
  • Five Guys – On behalf of the owner, The Goldstein Group leased 2,300 sf at 875 Bloomfield Avenue in West Caldwell. Jesse Finkelstein of The Goldstein Group handled the transaction.
  • Supercuts – Representing the owner, The Goldstein Group completed a 1,400 sf lease at Gateway Shopping Center, 1-21 Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah. Principal Neil Goldstein of The Goldstein Group completed the deal.
  • Marburn Curtains – The Goldstein Group leased 8,000 sf at 443 Route 17 in Paramus.  Principal Neil Goldstein of The Goldstein Group consummated the deal.
  • Pearle Vision – Representing both the retailer and owner, The Goldstein Group handled the leasing of a 3,000 sf space at 154 Route 10 in East Hanover.
  • Panchero’s Mexican Grill Restaurant – On behalf of the retailer, The Goldstein Group leased 2,200 sf at Watchung Commons on Route 22 in Watchung. Principal Neil Goldstein of The Goldstein Group completed the deal.
  • Batteries Plus – Representing both the retailer and owner, The Goldstein Group handled the leasing of a 2,000 sf space at 285 Route 18 in East Brunswick and 2,100 sf 669 Route 17 in Paramus.
  • Salad Works – On behalf of the owner, The Goldstein Group leased 2,200 sf at 37 Chestnut Street in Ridgewood. 
  • PM Pediatrics – Representing both the retailer and owner, The Goldstein Group handled the leasing of a 6,000 sf space at 577 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston.
  • Lot Stores – On behalf of the retailer and owner, The Goldstein Group handled the leasing of an 8,000 sf space at Botany Plaza, 83 Ackerman Avenue in Clifton. CJ Huter and Peter Charshafian of The Goldstein Group consummated the deal.
