Rebuild Division of Walters Homes Opens Second Sales Office at Jersey Shore
ORTLEY BEACH, N.J. - The ReBuild division of Walters Homes has opened its second Ocean County sales office, located at 1801 Route 35 North in Ortley Beach.
ReBuild, the custom home division of Walters, was created to assist Jersey Shore residents struggling to rebuild after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. Walters offers new coastal homes, built from the ground up, making them smarter, sturdier and more energy efficient. The new homes also comply with the new standards for building in a designated flood zone area.
"Ortley Beach was one of the hardest hit towns along the coast so it makes sense to locate our new office here," said Matthew Gaudet-Walters, sales representative. "It is a great location where we can conveniently service our future and existing customers in northern Ocean County."
Ortley Beach is a small community located on the Barnegat Peninsula, bordered by Lavallette to the north and Seaside Heights to the south. Walters is currently working with homeowners throughout Ocean and southern Monmouth Counties. The first ReBuild sales office was opened in the Beach Haven West section of Manahawkin in October 2013.
Prospective buyers visiting the sales office can learn about the 39 distinctive floor plans, offering from 500 square feet to 2,293 square feet of living space. Also available are pricing brochures, Energy Star information and a list of local financial contacts.
