RealNex, the new real estate technology company formed by the Pavonis Group, launched the first phase of integration for its recently-acquired product suite. This included the “Live” version of Real Estate Assistant (REA), a leading customer relationship management (CRM) tool specifically designed for the commercial brokerage industry. RealNex demonstrated its new integrated suite at RealComm 2014, an international convention of real estate technology and communications professionals in Las Vegas last week. REA’s capabilities were highlighted as part of a live demonstration at the Pavonis Group booth at RealComm 2014. Its features include event scheduling, report and brochure creation, and a comprehensive contract/company database. REA users can also auto sync to Microsoft Office and track and link deals, listings, properties, buyers, sellers, tenants, spaces and comps. The new “live” version enables those who use the desktop product to take their data on the road with read-only mobile device access. Jeff Finn, Partner with The Pavonis Group and CEO of RealNex lead the demonstration and also introduced the new subscription-based, bundled pricing structure. This evolution marks a key move for RealNex less than two months after acquiring the three companies. “This is the first step in moving REA to the cloud. By integrating REA with REI Wise and Property Line users gain even more utility and functionality while eliminating redundancy and saving time. Property Line is a property listing system that markets properties, promotes commercial brokerage companies, provides hosted listing systems and offers powerful marketing tools to the commercial broker. The second company, REIWise, is a leading real estate analysis software company that provides a unique “Propose to Close™” solution that streamlines the process of proposal creation, financial investment and comparative lease analysis to the development of flyers, brochures, property websites and deal rooms.
