RealNex Partners with Lucernex to Offer Services to Former LseMod Clients
Houston, TX – September 8, 2014 – RealNex, the innovative real estate technology solutions company formed by Pavonis Group, is partnering with Lucernex, to provide REI Wise as a technology solution to its LseMod clients. As part of this union, REI Wise will offer its premier lease analysis capabilities to former users of Lucernex’s LseMod product. REI Wise is the first and currently the largest provider of online lease analysis software and this partnership will allow LseMod customers to purchase REI Wise’s entirely cloud-based PowerBroker Comparative Lease Analysis software at incentivized upgrade pricing.
