RDM Launches International Presence with New Offices in Toronto and Boston


Commercial real estate technology and solutions platform Real Data Management established new offices in Boston and Toronto recently, acting on their plan for international growth.


NEW YORK, NY (February 1, 2016) – Although one never really outgrows New York City, the fast-growing firm RDM is branching out from its hometown to new offices in Boston and Toronto this year. The technology and solutions platform for commercial property owners, managers, and brokers followed through on its plan to become an international concern when the company opened a Toronto office opened in Q1 2016. Now,  plans for a European office appear to be on the horizon.


The location will make it easier for the firm to serve its already sizable list of Canadian clients, says CEO Peter Boritz. “Canadian real estate owners want to take advantage of the efficiencies that CRE technology can offer.  We are opening up new frontiers of data visualization, that haven’t been seen before in CRE. There’s no guarantee, but this year we hope to also establish an office in Europe in order to better serve the global market.” The data visualization Boritz refers to makes it possible to make practical use of complex information that’s presented in a clear and user-friendly format.
