RDM Launches International Presence with New Offices in Toronto and Boston
Commercial real estate technology and solutions platform Real Data Management established new offices in Boston and Toronto recently, acting on their plan for international growth.
NEW YORK, NY (February 1, 2016) – Although one never really outgrows New York City, the fast-growing firm RDM is branching out from its hometown to new offices in Boston and Toronto this year. The technology and solutions platform for commercial property owners, managers, and brokers followed through on its plan to become an international concern when the company opened a Toronto office opened in Q1 2016. Now, plans for a European office appear to be on the horizon.
The location will make it easier for the firm to serve its already sizable list of Canadian clients, says CEO Peter Boritz. “Canadian real estate owners want to take advantage of the efficiencies that CRE technology can offer. We are opening up new frontiers of data visualization, that haven’t been seen before in CRE. There’s no guarantee, but this year we hope to also establish an office in Europe in order to better serve the global market.” The data visualization Boritz refers to makes it possible to make practical use of complex information that’s presented in a clear and user-friendly format.
The firm’s flagship product, Real Access, is creating a stir in CRE. Landlords, investors, and brokers can all utilize the sophisticated software to manage their entire portfolios efficiently. The platform handles everything, from marketing to leasing and general management tasks. This type of tool has global appeal, and the RDM leadership is working to expand services to wherever their clients may be.
The firm’s Toronto clients, which include companies like Manulife, Oxford, and Hancock, are delighted to have an RDM office in their city, says Market Leader Tina Wolf. “This is our first office outside of the U.S., “ she said, “Our clients here appreciate the enhanced service we can provide by being in their city.”
Part of the firm’s success is owed to the innovative features of its products. Real Access is used by real estate giants like Cushman & Wakefield and RXR. It provides powerful property data on a single dashboard that simplifies management at the same time it makes complex decisions easier. Managers can see tenant details, interactive floorplans, information on upcoming expiring leases, and historical comparisons. And that’s just one of the company’s solutions. If a recent investment round is any indication, RDM will likely continue to push the limits of CRE tech.
Operations are also underway in the new Boston office. A solid client base made this city the logical choice for expansion within the U.S. Sales Strategist Nadia Stoyanova will lead the local office, under the direction of Joe Leach, Sr. Sales Director of the New York office. “We are excited to add this location for the benefit of our Boston clients,” Mr. Leach commented, “Beacon Capital, Rockpoint, Pembroke, and other important clients have their headquarters there, and we look forward to working more closely with them.”
The combination of an easy to use platform, personalized service, and now an international presence makes RDM a leader in CRE technology, and it looks poised for greater things. Their success reflects improved performance and efficiency for thousands of CRE professionals and ultimately better customer service all around.
