RD Management Signs Lease with Children of America at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in Marlton, NJ
Children of America joins the newly redeveloped mixed-use center
NEW YORK—April 16, 2018—RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today a lease agreement with Children of America at The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square in Marlton, New Jersey. Children of America will occupy a 10,000-square-foot space with an additional 4,000-square-foot outdoor play area at the center, which is undergoing a $70 million redevelopment.
Children of America, a leader in childcare and education, is committed to building a solid foundation for future learning for children, as well as helping families find the child care they need. Located on the highly-trafficked Route 70, The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square, when completed, will be a mixed-use center encompassing 583,858 square feet of residential luxury apartments (338 units), retail, restaurants, medical, office, and commercial space. The portion of the facility that faces Route 70 will be converted into an open space and park complete with new jogging paths, walkways, and a pond. Current tenants include Virtua Medical Group and TD Bank. Evesham Mortgage, Gaetano’s Pizzeria & Cheesesteaks, Pink Petal Mani Pedi, Dunkin’ Donuts, Hair Cuttery, La Scala Italian Restaurant, and La Vez Mexican Restaurant will be joining the center. A new pylon sign along Route 70 will allow tenants to feature their businesses on sign panels.
