Rancho Cucamonga, CA – April 14, 2015 - Progressive Real Estate Partners announced today that it has executed a 10-year lease with Crunch Fitness for a 26,000 sf anchor space at 186 Village Court, San Dimas, California. Located in the freeway adjacent 250,000 sf Foothill Village mixed-use center, Crunch is scheduled to open in May.
Foothill Village is also home to Lowe’s, Jumping Jacks, McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell and a Red Roof Inn Hotel. The well-established center enjoys strong demographics with over 100,000 people residing in a 3-mile radius with an average income in excess of $87,000. In addition the daytime population is over 92,500 people. Foothill Village also has excellent freeway visibility and pylon signage on the heavily-traveled I-57 freeway with an average daily traffic count of over 168,000 cars.
