Planned Companies Unveils "PECS" - Planned Employee Communication System
Planned Companies is excited to announce our brand new enhanced communication system, PECS, which stands for “Planned Employee Communication System”. PECS will allow us to stay connected to our valued employees through their mobile devices, providing them with important information such as their work schedules, benefit information, upcoming trainings, and much more instantly upon request.
PECS will also send out alerts regarding severe weather warnings, building closings, and other emergency-related news to ensure our employees stay safe and continuously updated throughout abnormal situations.
Planned unveiled the new communication system to our corporate employees on July 23rd at our quarterly Town Hall meeting, held at the beautiful Lewis Morris Park in Morristown, NJ. After a productive morning full of exciting presentations, employees enjoyed a delicious barbeque followed by a fun afternoon of team-building activities and challenges.
PECS will officially launch on Monday, July 27th.
