Planned Companies Hosts Open Interviews in Princeton, NJ
On Wednesday, September 17th, Planned Companies hosted open interviews in Princeton, NJ for our Planned Building Services division. Planned’s Alvaro Herrera and Rob Castelli spent the day meeting with applicants, screening for top-notch candidates to place at our exciting new job sites across the Tri-State area.
During the interview process, we utilize Planned’s own ‘Hire for Attitude’ methodology, where prospective associates are thoroughly screened to ensure that they possess the requisite skill sets and interpersonal skills required for our industry. We have found that candidates seeking careers, not jobs, who understand and appreciate the nobility of service, stand out from the pack and raise the bar for consistency and accountability within the field. We look for integrity, passion, longevity, a positive attitude, and the knowledge and ability to execute superior service. These identified candidates then go through a national background check as well as a drug screening to ensure only the most responsible and ethical individuals are selected.
