PCCP, LLC PROVIDES SENIOR LOAN TO STREAM REALTY PARTNERS FOR REFI AND LEASE-UP OF RECENTLY RENOVATED CLASS A OFFICE TOWER IN CHARLOTTE, NC
Charlotte, NC, October 29, 2018 – PCCP, LLC announced today it has provided a senior loan to Stream Realty Partners for the refinancing and lease-up of 300 South Brevard, a 358,855-square-foot, 15-story, Class A office building in the Uptown submarket of Charlotte, NC.

Originally developed in 1994, 300 South Brevard’s exterior consists of floor to ceiling glass and aluminum wrapped columns for a modern look. The recent renovation transformed the building’s entry with a double-height glass lobby and the interior utilizes new lighting, tile, and updated finishes. Additionally, the building features new restaurant/retail suites, outdoor terraces, collaborative meeting space and custom artwork highlighting the City of Charlotte.
