The News Funnel Launches Advertising Program for Companies to Target Real Estate Professionals

03/07/2013

NEW YORK CITY (MARCH 2013) – The News Funnel, a fast growing curated news site for real estate professionals has announced it is now accepting advertising on its site for the first time. The site is offering a few select companies the opportunity to promote their brand and their News Channels on the site commencing the month of March. The first advertising spots were sold out very quickly.

The new advertising program is being launched in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. It allows companies to target their ads to a very select audience of senior real estate professionals. The ads themselves are completely automated and feature a company's logo which links directly to their News Channel on The News Funnel. These News Channels showcase all of a company's news in one centralized location. The News Funnel ad program also offers in-depth analytics to report both traffic and new "followers" to these pages on behalf of the advertisers. A few of the advertisers in this pilot program include Matrix Development, RXR, Planned Companies, Massey Knakal and GreenPearl Events.

"We were not planning on offering advertising on the site until a much later date, however, there was extremely strong demand by our corporate customers to enhance their presence on our site," stated Michael Beckerman, CEO/Founder of the site. "Our few available ad spots sold out very quickly and we already have strong interest for our April schedule. We are offering a cutting edge ad platform that allows companies to drive traffic to their News Channels and therefore tell their story in a very unique and compelling manner, much different than traditional ad formats that exist in other media," Beckerman added.
