Newmark Grubb ACRES Brokers 204,375 Square Foot Industrial Lease to Honeyville, Inc.

Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the industrial build to suit lease of 204,375 square feet in the Business Depot of Ogden located at 1040 West 600 North in Ogden, Utah. NGA’s Senior Vice President Jeff Heaton, CCIM, represented the tenant, Honeyville, Inc., in this transaction.

Honeyville, Inc. is a family owned leader in food ingredient manufacturing and has been in business for over 60 years. Their services range from custom grain milling, mixing and blending to private labeling, formulation and design.

This new Weber County location is a built to suit facility that will replace their long standing Salt Lake City warehouse, as well as their corporate offices which are currently housed in Brigham City. Their facilities will also boast a new state-of-the-art food production operation which will service their growing third-party contract manufacturing business.  This food production operation will be their second in the United States.
