Landlord Advisor Celebrates Beta Website Launch by Offering Tenants that Post Landlord Reviews a Chance to Win $500

CHICAGO, Ill. – Landlord Advisor, LLC (www.landlordadvisor.co) announced today the beta launch of its new website. The site allows tenants searching for homes for rent and
apartments for rent to filter results by tenant ratings and reviews. The service is free and is designed to increase transparency in the rental process and help tenants ‘rent with
confidence.’In addition to offering services for tenants, the site also takes the hassle out of property management for landlords by giving them access to online applications, secure tenant screening from TransUnion and the ability to syndicate listings on sites like Craigslist.

“Our site offers a streamlined approach that helps both renters and landlords save time
and money,” said Phil Castello, founder of Landlord Advisor, LLC. “The tools on our site
deliver peace of mind and a level of efficiency not available on other sites that facilitate
rental property searches.”

Beyond using the site to search for homes for rent and apartments for rent, tenants can also educate themselves about the rental market by reviewing the site’s tip database, and reading the site’s blog. The site stresses the importance of reviewing leases carefully,
knowing and understanding tenants’ rights and ensuring that all requests, especially for
repairs, are in writing.

The site also provides a tip database for landlords, as well as a free rental documents that are available for download. Among the available documents include lead disclosures, movein checklists and notices to vacate.

In the first quarter of 2014, Landlord Advisor will launch RentSpek, the company’s patent
pending system designed to simplify the home inspection process. RentSpek is yet another way the site demonstrates its commitment to helping landlords and tenants rent with confidence.
