New South Beach at Long Branch Condominiums Now Open on Jersey Shore
Long Branch, NJ, October 2017 – South Beach at Long Branch, a new collection of modern, Miami-inspired oceanfront condominiums located just minutes from Pier Village, is now open. Construction began this summer on the high-profile project, located between Ocean Avenue and Ocean Boulevard, at the intersection of North Bath Avenue in Long Branch. South Beach officially opened for sales in September and, according to FEM Real Estate, the visionary developer behind the project, interest has been strong, with a number of sales already in progress. In fact, Phase 1 is already complete at South Beach and the developer is now moving into Phase 2.
“We are delighted at the level of excitement surrounding the project at this early stage,” said Linda Husti, president of FEM. “We anticipated a strong level of interest from New York City buyers, but we’ve been pleased to see just as much from buyers in nearby areas like Manalapan, Colts Neck, Red Bank and Marlboro. People are quickly recognizing that South Beach at Long Branch really is offering something exclusive, like nothing you’ll find anywhere else on the Jersey Shore. And now that the concrete has been poured and there is a flurry of activity on site every day, the building is coming alive before our eyes and people can see the dream unfolding.”
South Beach at Long Branch truly is a beach lover’s dream – and a dream-come-true for Mimi and Edwin Feliciano, founders of FEM Real Estate. “This is something we really believed in and wanted to have as a lifestyle for ourselves,” Mimi shared. “Going down to the Jersey Shore in the summer is something we grew up with. We would go as a family and it was a big part of our lives. But we wanted to bring something new to the Jersey Shore. We were passionate about creating a unique oceanfront experience. So we went to Miami to be inspired – and we were. We saw fabulous places that were boutique and stunning; fun, very edgy and very beautiful. We wanted to bring South Beach to Long Branch. And that’s what we’ve done. It’s something really special.”
At South Beach, buyers can choose from modern condominium floorplans that offer from two to four bedrooms, ranging from 1,352 to 3,382 square feet of luxurious living space. Private elevators open directly into the palatial designer residences, which offer the finest features and exquisite finishes, with elegant interior design by Miami-based firm, Interiors by Steven G. Every home is distinguished by oversized private outdoor spaces; floor-to-ceiling glass with panoramic ocean and shoreline views; contemporary, Miami-inspired kitchens and bathrooms with Italian porcelain and cabinetry; expansive custom kitchens featuring premium appliances and top-of-the line fixtures; oversized eight-foot-wide, lift-and-slide glass doors; imported porcelain flooring; recessed lighting; and walk-in closets. Private rooftops are offered for penthouse residences and there are some limited opportunities to combine residences, to create an even greater interior living space. Pricing begins at $1.2 million.
“South Beach at Long Branch is going to be a slice of paradise for those who live here,” Edwin Feliciano commented. “I wanted it to be something really different. I know how much I enjoy spending time with my family on the beach, so we made sure residents had direct access: you can walk outside your door and be right on the beach. We gave every home floor-to-ceiling glass and outdoor spaces, so you can enjoy ocean views every day and see the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your home. We’re bringing in palm trees to enhance that tropical Miami feel. It really is one of the top projects on the Jersey Shore.”
While the building and the residences themselves evoke a sense of South Beach luxury, the amenities and environment of the new project will enhance the Miami feel even further. Lush landscaping is planned, with windmill palm trees creating a tranquil, tropical setting. Residents will enjoy a saltwater infinity-edge pool with waterfall, sand patio and raised sundecks, as well as direct access to the beach area with cabanas for their beach enjoyment. The building will feature a distinctively designed lobby reminiscent of an upscale resort. First-class concierge services will be available, along with a high-tech, 24/7 gym with modern equipment; a business center; below-ground parking with two to three spaces per residence; garage storage units; an outdoor patio and common grill area; a private dining room where chefs will be on site to prepare meals for residents and their guests; a grand great room; and four beautifully appointed, hotel-style guest suites with private kitchenettes to accommodate residents’ guests.
One of the building’s finest amenities is, no doubt, its unrivaled beachfront location. Ideally located just across the boardwalk on Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, South Beach offers one of the most enviable spots on the Jersey Shore. Located at the southernmost point of the Beachfront South redevelopment area, with miles of white-sand beaches stretching to the north and south, South Beach is just two blocks from the iconic destination of Pier Village, featuring over 30 esteemed restaurants, shops and services, as well as entertainment options. South Beach at Long Branch is close to Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park, with its 38 acres of preserve, perfect for boating, fishing and more. Located just 7.4 miles from Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway, it is easily accessible by car, rail, or ferry; and less than one mile from NJ Transit’s Long Branch station. It is also just eight miles from the Seastreak Ferry, for easy Manhattan commutes, and close to Red Bank, Rumson Yacht Club, The Grove at Shrewsbury, Monmouth Mall, Monmouth Park, as well as plenty of marinas and golf courses.
