New Phase of Single-Family Homes to Open in Sold-Out Amherst Community

09/08/2016

Amherst, OH, September 2016 – K. Hovnanian® Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has announced plans for the opening of the next phase at Northpointe Estates, a previously sold-out community of single-family homes in Amherst. The new Northpointe Estates will feature a highly anticipated collection of homes, featuring all-new designs and much more – all in one of northeastern Ohio’s most convenient, desirable locations.

At the new Northpointe Estates, buyers will be able to choose from a selection of contemporary new home designs with up to 2,176 square feet of comfortable living space, featuring open floorplans, sophisticated architectural details, and designer interiors. Homes will include up to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and two-car garages. Other distinguishing touches include nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, and refined exteriors with charming accents and details.

Northpointe Estates is an ideal neighborhood for families, for a number of reasons. First, is the size and comfort of the homes. Families will also be grateful to be part of the Amherst school district, one of the finest in Lorain County. Additionally, homeowners will appreciate the convenience of having their own community clubhouse, with recreational amenities including a banquet room with kitchen and fireplace for large private gatherings, a workout room with fitness equipment, and an outdoor pool with café tables and umbrellas poolside.

Amherst is an ideal setting for such an attractive neighborhood. Northpointe Estates is easily accessible to Route 2/I-90, Route 6, and the Ohio Turnpike. Amherst offers a variety of local restaurants and shops. Five area parks provide an ideal backdrop for outdoor escapes, while other recreational activities in the surrounding area include 30+ public golf courses (plus miniature golf for the kids), a local racetrack, nearby Sandusky with its resorts, water parks and roller coasters, and, of course, Lake Erie with its popular beaches and islands.

The new phase of homes at Northpointe Estates will open for sale in mid-October, with construction on a new model home anticipated to begin in September. The community will be sold from the Martin’s Run model home until the new Northpointe Estates model home is completed. The Martin’s Run Sales Center is located at 4312 Brooks Court and is open Monday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.; and Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Interested buyers are encouraged to register now for the Northpointe Interest List, to stay up to date on progress and happenings in the community and to be among the first to receive other details about the new phase of this exciting neighborhood.
