NAI Ukraine enters Ukrainian office brokerage market
NAI Ukraine, a part of the global leader in real estate consulting NAI Global, has launched a new office brokerage service for Ukrainian clients. NAI Ukraine’s new corporate real estate division provides a multitude of services, including finding tenants for industrial, logistic and office spaces, advising landlords on the best use of real estate, developing lease strategies, negotiating agreements, providing asset management, and valuation of real estate. This was announced by CEO of NAI Ukraine, Vitaliy Boyko.
“Having proved its leadership in commercial real estate brokerage and consulting in Ukraine, NAI Ukraine has significantly expanded its range of services by launching a new division of corporate real estate. Office brokerage, consulting, asset management and valuation in the corporate segment are the core of integrated solutions at NAI Global, the top 4th real estate broker in world, and we are proud to start these services in Ukraine ” — said Vitaliy Boyko.
The corporate real estate department of NAI Ukraine is headed by Dmytro Korniienko, who has 15 years of experience in managing development and investment projects, as well as managing assets and commercial real estate in Ukraine and in the EU. Dmytro Korniienko is a member of the RICS (the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), the world’s largest, privileged organisation that brings together appraisers and experts in real estate from 146 countries. Membership in the organization demonstrates surveyor’s chartered qualification and high level of professionalism.
Due to the international experience of Dmytro Kornienko, the new NAI Ukraine head of corporate real estate department, and in close cooperation with NAI Global, NAI Ukraine will provide an office brokerage service in accordance with the highest international standards. Therefore access to the NAI Global network, which includes 7,000 professionals in 55 countries, grants unique opportunities for using the best international practices while providing the opportunity to establish business contacts and offer Ukrainian assets internationally.
“Thanks to the NAI Global network, we have access not only to international companies already operating in the territory of Ukraine but also to those planning to enter the domestic market in the near future. Today, virtually all of the world-famous international brands collaborate with NAI Global in corporate real estate. Thus most companies from Fortune 500 (the list of the largest US companies according to the American “Fortune” magazine) are NAI Global clients,” — said Dmytro Kornienko, head of corporate real estate NAI Ukraine.
Numerous NAI Global clients are already represented in Ukraine, among them — General Electric, Alphabet, Microsoft, Citigroup, IBM, Jonson & Jonson, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, UPS, HP, Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, Oracle, Facebook, Philip Morris, Xerox, and others.
As noted in the market report of NAI Ukraine, 2016 was marked by increased demand from tenants: numerous companies moved to the new offices in order to either optimise the commercial terms of the lease or as a result of structural changes within companies (expansion / decreasing of staff).
“In 2017, positive business trends of 2016 are ongoing: existing companies use the situation on the market to improve their rental conditions. Also, the impact of the global trends of reorganization of companies (merging, acquisition, division, etc.) is preserved, and, especially in high-tech sectors of the economy, the environment for development of business activity is created,” said Dmytro Kornienko.
