NAI Ukraine appointed as an exclusive broker of SEC Ocean Mall and Blockbuster Mall in Kyiv
Mandarin Plaza, investor of the largest projects in the Ukrainian commercial real estate market, has chosen NAI Ukraine as an exclusive broker of SEC Ocean Mall and Blockbuster Mall. NAI Ukraine provides consulting, leasing and property management services for the new shopping malls.

As previously reported, Ocean Mall (GBA – 300 000 sq.m.) - one of the most anticipated projects of the capital’s commercial real estate market – is expected to be completed in October 2018. Blockbuster mall (GBA – 300 000 sq.m.) is a SEC with a unique leisure and recreational facilities. The opening of Ocean Mall and Blockbuster Mall is scheduled for November 2018.
