NAI TALCOR Commercial Advisor Peter Gonzalez Brokers $50 million Student Development for Zimmer Development Company

TALLAHASSEE, FL – [March 31, 2017] – NAI TALCOR, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, congratulates Commercial Advisor Peter Gonzalez on brokering a $50,000,000 student development near Florida State University Campus in Tallahassee, Florida.

Peter pieced together an excess of 10 acres and 22 parcels of privately and publicly owned land to be the site of the new 600-unit development, Stadium Enclave for Zimmer Development Company, of North Carolina. Construction is breaking ground now and is expected to be completed by fall of 2018.

When asked what this development means to the area, Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum said, “For this part of our city, the urban infill nature of this project is exactly the kind of thing we want to achieve”.
