NAI SUMMIT’S SARAH FINNEY-MILLER REPRESENTS SELLER IN SALE OF 15+ ACRES IN EASTON

01/09/2020

Sarah Finney-Miller of NAI Summit recently represented the seller, Stein Revocable Living Trust in the sale of 15+ acres located at 1111 Bushkill Drive in Easton, PA. Finney-Miller transacted a direct sale with the Karl Stirner Arts Trail and Easton Redevelopment Authority to purchase the 3 parcel site formally occupied by Easton Iron & Metal Co, whom vacated in 2015 preceding the passing of business owner Jacob Stein in 2016.

The commercial land plans were approved by City Council back in November supporting the Easton Redevelopment Authority’s goal to create an arts park for the community. The Karl Stirner Arts Trail’s acquisition of the former scrap yard will help connect Easton’s West Ward and College Hill neighborhoods.
