NAI Spring, Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM presents at Petroleum Conference
Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM with NAI Spring Commercial Realty had the privilege to speak and moderate the “Site Selection Considerations for Additional Ethane Crackers in the Appalachian Basin” panel for the Northeast US Petrochemical Construction Conference in Pittsburgh PA, USA June 19-20, 2017. Custer spoke on the infrastructure needed for a successful “Cracker” or any other type of petroleum or derivatives manufacturer project locating along the Ohio River. Custer has been working with companies from Monaca Pennsylvania, Weirton West Virginia to Marietta Ohio for site selection in the Tri-State area.
“This is an exciting time in the Ohio River Corridor” said Custer to the 400+ attendees at the conference. “We are seeing a resurgence of interest in the area with the additional pipeline projects and the proposed “Cracker” in Monaca Pennsylvania and the pending “Cracker” announcement by PTTCP in Dilles Bottom Ohio” according to Custer. “Infrastructure and feed stock could potentially supply four to five “Crackers” in the Tri-state region.”
Speakers and attendees at the two-day conference included representatives from MarkWest Energy, Shell Chemicals, Braskem America, ExxonMobile Chemicals, Williams and Flour to name a few.
