NAI San Diego | Office Property Group has brought Bristol Square to 100% occupancy. The ownership of the building, Bosa Development Corporation acquired the 60,000 sf office property in the third quarter of 2015 and within a month of the acquisition, Josh Buchholz and the NAI San Diego | Office Property Group had completed a new 3,315 RSF lease with San Diego Wholesale Credit Association who were relocating from the uptown area. This suite had been available for almost two years and this lease brought the building to 100% occupancy stabilizing Bosa’s investment.
The project is located in the Historic Gaslamp District of Downtown San Diego across the street from Westfield’s Horton Plaza and within walking distance to numerous retail, restaurant and entertainment establishments. The building is also located in the California New Employment Credit Designated Area and has management on-site.
