NAI Realvest Negotiates Leases totaling More Than 48,000 Square Feet at Industrial Facilities in South Orlando, Oviedo and Sanford
ORLANDO — NAI Realvest recently negotiated five long-term lease agreements for industrial space totaling 48,187 rentable square feet at facilities in South Orlando, Oviedo and Sanford.
Jason G. Toll, Director of the Industrial Services Group at NAI Realvest, negotiated two leases at 2425 and 2544 E. Landstreet Rd. Clean The World Ventures signed a new lease for 19,068 square feet represented by Lloyd Commercial Advisors. Toll represented the landlord Atlantic Tower Services in that transaction. Source North America renewed their lease of 10,768 square feet at the prime distribution facility off Boggy Creek Rd. in south Orlando. Toll represented landlord DCT Boggy Creek FL LP, and the tenant, was represented by Eric Penaranda of DCT Industrial.
The Partyka Group at NAI Realvest – Partner Paul P. Partyka, CCIM and Associate Juan Jimenez negotiated a new lease of 6,351 square feet at South Park Business Center, 531 S. Econ Circle in Oviedo representing landlord New York-based WSV Gilbert LLC. The new tenant FTK Interests LLC of Oviedo was represented by Realty Capital Commercial RE Advisors.
Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest completed two long term lease renewals at Monroe CommerCenter South representing the landlord. The tenants are Aramark Refreshment Services, LLC who occupies 10,000 square feet at 4186 Incubator Ct. and D’NK Inc. Pressure Cleaning who occupies 2,000 square feet at 671 Progress Way. Cushman & Wakefield represented Aramark.
