NAI Realvest Charles Wayne Commercial Negotiates Sale of 13 Residential Lots in South DeLand for $325,000
DeLand, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $325,000 purchase price for 13 residential lots on Parkhurst Lane off of Orange Camp Rd. and U.S. 17-92 in DeLand for $325,000.
Steve Costa, Associate at NAI Realvest Charles Wayne Commercial, negotiated the transaction representing the buyer, Melbourne-based Vintage Estate Homes, who will begin building new homes on the finished lots for a small residential subdivision within minutes of the new Publix shopping center in south DeLand.
The local seller, Sierra I, LLC was represented by Todd Swann of Swann & Associates.
“There are currently no finished lots available in West Volusia. We are looking for raw land for our clients to meet home buyer demand,” Costa said.
