MIAMI, FL – 9/25/2015 – NAI Miami, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today Edward Schmidt, CCIM and Armando Bertematti represented the Buyer, B & S Holdings of Ocala, LLC, in the purchase of a 13,013 square foot, CVS occupied investment building on 1.56 acres of land located at 10255 SW 86 Circle in Ocala, FL.  The property sold for $6,062,500. The Seller was LD Hancock Company, LLC.
