KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE– April, 2017- Members of the recently combined NAI Koella | RM Moore earned much recognition as commercial real estate’s largest research organization, CoStar Group, Inc. announced the 2016 Power Broker Awards.
The CoStar Power Broker Awards annually recognize the “best of the best” in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases within their respective markets. To be selected for these honors, both firms demonstrated higher closed transaction totals within the Knoxville market in 2016 as evaluated by CoStar.
