“Greenspring Realty Partners immediately recognized the long-term value presented by 3000 Washington Boulevard, highlighted by its strategic location straddling the Baltimore City and Baltimore County line, and the building’s ability to support the operations of a small business or organization,” stated Dan Flamholz, Co-Founder and Principal of Greenspring Realty Partners. “We successfully secured a full-building lease during the due diligence phase, andthis end-user has recently taken occupancy.”
