NAI KLNB Brokers Sale Of Former Maryland Motor Truck Association Headquarters In Baltimore To Greenspring Realty Partners


NAI KLNB has brokered the sale of the former Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) headquarters on 3000 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore to Greenspring Realty Partners for $325,000. Jesse Schwartman of NAI KLNB represented the seller in this transaction. Earlier this year, NAI KLNB brokered the sale of a 7,813 square foot office condominium in the Columbia section of Howard County, a project to which MMTA relocated its corporate headquarters and six employees.

Maryland Motor Truck Association, which has operated for nearly 60 years at that site, is a non-profit trade association that supports and advocates for a safe, efficient and profitable trucking industry in the State of Maryland.Founded in 1935,the group serves more than 1,000 members.

3000 Washington Boulevard is a single-story, 3,100 square foot office building featuring roadside frontage and visibility from US Route 1 and is within close proximity to Caton Avenue and Interstate 95. It contains three private offices, three restrooms and a large conference room with the site including a free, surface parking lot that can accommodate up to twenty vehicles.

“With the Maryland Motor Truck Association vacating the building earlier this year, they were interested in disposing the propertyto a highly-qualified buyer, to eliminate the day-to-day operating expenses they were incurring,” explained Jesse Schwartzman of NAI KLNB. “After fielding multiple offers, our team was able to quickly identify and close this transaction to the satisfaction of both parties.”
