NAI KLNB Brokers Leasing Activity in Washington Dulles Corridor to Achieve and Retain 100% Occupancy in Two Industrial Buildings

NAI KLNB has announced the completion of eight separate leasing transactions comprising more than 170,000 square feet of space in the Washington Dulles submarket of Northern Virginia. The leasing activity brought East Severn Way Business Center to 100% occupancy and enabled Airport Commerce Center to remain 100% occupied.

NAI KLNB brokered a 33,940 square foot lease with AutoBahn and a 20,364 square foot lease with Windy City Wire at East Severn Way Business Center, a 68,726 square foot flex/industrial building located in Sterling, Virginia. Built speculatively in 2015, the building is owned by The Maven Group and is now fully-occupied. Marc Tasker, CCIM, SIOR and Ryan Moody of NAI KLNB represented the landlord in both transactions.

In addition, NAI KLNB negotiated five renewals and one new lease totaling 115,723 square feet of space with XPOLogistics, Simplex Grinnell, Savannah Solutions, Site One Landscaping Supply, Immediate Mailing and Turner Associates. With the signing of these transactions Airport Commerce Center maintained its status as 100% occupied. The five-building, 408,000 square foot industrial park is located in Dulles, Virginia and owned and managed by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.
