NAI Keystone’s John Buccinno represented owner, Equus Capital, in the sale of 801 Hill Ave, Building 110, a 20,000 SF facility of the former Vanity Fair Outlet Center. The building is currently occupied by Rawlings and was sold to a local medical group. The building sold for $3,180,000.

John Buccinno recently represented ABC Logistics in the lease of 20,000 SF of warehouse space at 4220 Pottsville Pike, Muhlenberg Township, PA.

Buccinno also represented Mail Shark in the lease of 17,500 SF of light industrial expansion space at 448 Imperial Drive in Mohnton, PA.
