South Team of Minnerly & Osvold represent landlord in transaction in Building 8 at Route 1 Park

BOSTON, MA - NAI Hunneman recently completed a 26,330 SF lease transaction at Walpole Park South (Building 8) in Walpole, MA with Reliable Sprinkler. The deal with one of the world’s largest producers of automatic fire sprinklers and sprinkler system control equipment brings the overall vacancy within the 597,027 SF park to less than 4%

NAI Hunneman Executive Vice President Cathy Minnerly and Vice President Ovar Osvold represented the landlord JD Murphy Real Estate, while the tenant was represented by Ed Jarosz of JLL.

“Walpole Park South’s direct frontage on Route 1 with convenient access to Interstates 95 & 495 is the perfect location for Reliable Sprinkler which will use the space as a satellite distribution facility,” said Minnerly.

Located along U.S. Route 1 in Walpole, Walpole Park South is a first-class 597,027 SF park comprised of eight office/warehouse and flex buildings. Constructed in 2012, Building 8 is the newest building within the park and totals 116,463-square feet of office and warehouse space with 24’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, and substantial tailboard and drive-in loading.
