NAI Hunneman’s Gallagher & Sutton represent food research & safety company in relocation from Innovation District to Central Square
NAI Hunneman’s Advisory Service Team recently completed a lease transaction for food research & safety company Sample6 as the company moved its operations from Boston’s Innovation District to 8,900 SF at 840 Memorial Drive in Cambridge
NAI Hunneman Executive Vice President & Principal Evan Gallagher along with Senior Associate Ben Sutton represented Sample6 while landlord The Abbey Group represented itself in the transaction.
“We conducted an extensive search on behalf of Sample6, to evaluate all of the lab space options in the Boston, Cambridge and 128 submarkets,” said Gallagher. “840 Memorial created a perfect combination of high-tech lab space and value as it pertains to cost.”
840 Memorial drive consists of a unique mix of lab and office space with impressive views of the Charles River and in close proximity to area amenities. The building also provides covered parking below the building, an onsite cafeteria and excellent access to and from the Mass Pike as well as MIT, Harvard and the area’s major research hospitals.
