The transactions include: Zoom Info taking an additional 7,493 SF for a total of 30,394 SF at 307 Waverley Oaks Road, Conventor taking 4,025 SF at 135 Beaver Street, Boston Angel Club taking 2,708 SF at 465 Waverley Oaks Road and Andrew Alliance taking 2,187 SF at 135 Beaver Street.
