NAI Hunneman Brokers $1.175 Million Sale of Manufacturing/R&D Building
David Gilkie Represents Seller in Disposition of 15,600 SF asset located at 45-47 Calvary Street in Waltham
BOSTON—NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently brokered the $1.175 million sale of a 15,600 SF Manufacturing/R&D building at 45-47 Calvary Street in Waltham to Buffalo Springfield Real Estate LLC.
Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the seller JWS Realty Trust while the buyer was represented by Jeremy Fried of Boston Realty Advisors.
“The partial sale-leaseback transaction was a win for both parties,” said Gilkie. “The seller was able to remain at the property long-term in close to 47% of the building while the buyer acquired an asset with a good, long-term tenant and will occupy the remaining vacant space in the building.”
Located at the intersection of Newton and Elms Streets, 45-47 Calvary Street offers a strong central Waltham location and a unique mix of manufacturing/R&D space with ample office space on the upper and lower floors, tailboard loading and generous on-site parking.
