NAI Hanson’s Lizzack, Horning and Guerra Arrange Lease for Newly Formed Business in Fair Lawn, N.J.
Fair Lawn, N.J. (March 28, 2018) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has brokered the lease for 3,770 square feet of office space at 23-00 Route 208 in Fair Lawn, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and Michael Guerra represented the landlord, 2300 Rt. 208 LLC., and the lessee, River Drive Companies LLC., in the transaction.
The tenant, River Drive Companies is a newly formed entity that will combine three real estate services companies under one name to deliver more efficient and streamlined services to their clients. 23-00 Route 208 provided them with a centralized location to house their real estate construction, development and brokerage services under one roof in an upscale building.
“When marketing a space like 23-00 Route 208, it’s important to recognize the variety of uses that this type of flexible office spaces can hold. Although this building is typically marketed as medical office space, it’s modern design and accessibility make it a great fit for a wide range of companies,” said Lizzack. “Working with both the tenant and landlord, we were able to quickly negotiate a deal that enabled the tenant to find a home for their new business while allowing the landlord to secure a tenant at a fair market value.”
