NAI Hanson’s Castro Arranges Lease for Toy and Clothing Distributor in Fair Lawn, N.J.
Fair Lawn, N.J. (May 16, 2017) – NAI James E. Hanson announced it has brokered the lease of 12,500 square feet of warehouse/flex space to LILAX USA, an e-commerce toy and clothing distributor, at 4-19 Banta Place in Fair Lawn, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Pablo Castro represented the landlord, Interior Renovations, and the tenant, LILAX USA.
4-19 Banta Place is a two-story 55,000-square-foot industrial/flex space featuring 24-hour surveillance and a two-ton warehouse crane. The building is located directly off a main Bergen County thoroughfare, Route 4, and also provides easy access to Routes 46, 80 and 208 as well as the Garden State Parkway. LILAX USA will be occupying 10,000 square feet of warehouse space and 2,500 square feet of office space on the second floor of the building.
“Well into 2017, demand from e-commerce companies has continued to power the Bergen County industrial market’s strong growth,” said Castro. “Although large leases to companies such as Amazon have been the focal point of this trend, smaller e-commerce firms like LILAX USA have also been crucial in driving demand. Deals like this one highlight the demand that continues to exist for small to mid-size industrial buildings in the marketplace from e-commerce distributors.”
