NAI Hanson Wins 850,000 SF, 10-Building Assignment
Firm to Handle Leasing and Management for L&B Realty Advisors’
Industrial Portfolio in Northern and Central NJ
HACKENSACK, N.J. (December 2, 2014) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced it has been hired by L&B Realty Advisors, LLP to manage and lease a portfolio of 10 industrial properties throughout northern and central New Jersey. In total, the 10 assets comprise more than 850,000 square feet.
Vice President Steve Pastor, Senior Vice President Ken Lundberg, SIOR, and Sales Associate Patrick Lennon will coordinate the leasing activities for this portfolio while COO Ivette Correa and CFO Virginia Conrad will oversee management of the properties. The seamless integration between NAI James E. Hanson’s leasing and property management teams was one of the deciding factors in the awarding of this assignment.

- 22 Cragwood Rd., Avenel – 40,000 SF
- 50 Amor Ave., Carlstadt – 33,000 SF
- 255 Highland Cross, Rutherford – 22,531 SF
