NAI HANSON SIGNS DEAL IN DOWNTOWN MORRISTOWN

 

- Noted Family Law Firm Signs Lease Near Historic Morristown Green -

 

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced today that the firm represented the ownership in a recent lease transaction in Morristown, N.J.

 

Laufer, Dalena, Cadicina, Jensen & Boyd, LLC recently signed a long term lease for 7,050 square feet of office space at 23-27 Cattano Avenue in downtown Morristown. Laufer is a well-established law practitioner in New Jersey.

 

W. Joshua Levering, SIOR and senior vice president of Hanson, represented the owner, Boston, Mass.-based GID Investment Advisers, in the transaction.The tenant was represented by Jeffrey Hale of Sampson Realty Corporation.

 

Levering stated: “The building provides many key attractions in addition to a downtown Morristown location. There is abundant parking for tenants with restaurants, hotels and the historic Morristown Green all within walking distance.”

 

Additionally, Levering and NAI Hanson senior vice president John J. Schilp recently completed another lease in Morristown for a law firm at 1776 On the Green.
