NAI Hanson Secures Five-Year Lease with Holy Name Hospital
NAI HANSON SECURES FIVE-YEAR LEASE WITH HOLY NAME HOSPITAL

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced that Holy Name Hospital has signed a long-term lease for medical/office space at 4 Hunter Street in Lodi, N.J.
The two-story building totals 14,500 square feet and offers central heat and air, elevator and ample parking. The hospital will occupy 1,250 square feet of space on the second floor that was built out and in move-in condition.
NAI Hanson Associate Vice President Darren M. Lizzack, MSRE, and Sales Associate Cheryl Bozzelli oversaw the transaction on behalf of the building’s owner, Sapna Investments.
According to Lizzack, the transaction was put together in a relatively short period of time because the tenant needed to relocate quickly and had to find space in a convenient location that did not require construction.
“This building happens to be centrally located in Lodi's central business district with excellent access for all patients of Holy Name,” said Lizzack. “Landlords sitting with vacant office space in today's market are willing to work hard to accommodate reasonable requests to secure tenants going forward.”
Lizzack also noted that additional space remains in the site that is ideal for other doctors affiliated with Holy Name.
