NAI Hanson Represents Seller in Long Valley, N.J. Industrial Transaction

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced the sale of a well-maintained industrial/flex site located at 438 W. Mill Road in Long Valley, N.J. The sale price was $440,000.

The 5,000-square-foot building is situated on a 3.3-acre lot and features 500 square feet of office space, one drive-in loading doors, two bathrooms, a 14-foot ceiling height and approximately 575 feet of frontage. It has a fenced contractors’ yard with storage shed, two heating and central air conditioning, circular drive, and overhead doors.

NAI Hanson Sales Associate Joseph F. Vindigni represented the seller, RODCAB Construction Co., Inc.  Buyer Precision Motorsports Racing plans to use the site as a new repair center specializing in Porsche rebuilds and maintenance.
