Washington Township, N.J. (JAN. 28, 2015) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced that it has been hired as the exclusive leasing agent for the 109,544-square-foot Washington Town Center at 315 Pascack Road in Washington Township, New Jersey. NAI Hanson sales associate Jill Gordon will lead marketing and leasing efforts. “The inquiries have been numerous in since we started marketing the property” commented Jill.  Gordon added that in the 30 days since NAI Hanson has been marketing space at the center, there has been strong interest from potential tenants, including new leases with two retailers, who will have grand openings in the spring of 2015.

 

 

Under new management by De Mattheis Real Estate, the center is undergoing a number of upgrades, including updated landscaping, lighting and general upgrading of the center. “This center will be a jewel once again in this vital market,” commented Steve De Mattheis, owner of De Mattheis Real Estate.

 

Located on Pascack Road at Exit 168 off the Garden State Parkway, this center’s convenient location has been a drawing point for a number of brand-name tenants that currently occupy the center. These include A&P, the U.S. Postal Service, PNC Bank, Bowtie Cinema, Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, Dairy Queen and Rite Aid which is in the midst of a multimillion dollar renovation which will mirror its new flagship store in Waldwick NJ on Franklin Turnpike.

 

In addition to its advantageous location, Washington Town Center offers its tenants access to an affluent local customer base. Within a three-mile radius, the average household income is nearly $150,000 per year.
