NAI Hanson Negotiates Long-Term Lease for Wells Fargo Bank in Denville, N.J.
NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has brokered a 3,330-square-foot lease to Wells Fargo Bank for a retail building located at 123 East Main Street in Denville, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Joan Cenicola represented Wells Fargo Bank in the transaction. Tamara Enterprises owns the building.
Wells Fargo Bank opened a new branch in a shopping center located just off Route 53. Neighbored by businesses such as Acme, Rite Aid, Pavolo Pizzeria, Kumon Math & Reading Center and Jane's Nails, the bank will round out the development to offer a complete set of retail services in one convenient location.
“Wells Fargo Bank recognizes the value of being in a high traffic area which makes banking more convenient for their customers and allows them to continue their high standard of customer service,” said Cenicola. “Being in such a convenient location will help to expand consumer and business accounts for the branch while providing added convenience for their customers.”
123 East Main Street features ample parking to accommodate incoming traffic from the adjacent I-80 and Route 46. The property offers easy access to I-287 and the Denville Train Station, making Wells Fargo Bank an easy stop on the way in or out of town.
