NAI Hanson Inks Lease Deal for Industrial / Warehouse Building in Westwood, N.J.
Westwood, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced it has facilitated a full building lease agreement with L2, LLC for the 11,360-square-foot industrial building located 12 Sullivan Street in Westwood, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Senior Vice Presidents, Andrew Somple, and John Schilp represented the landlord, 12 Sullivan Street, LLC, and the tenant, L2, in this transaction.
The freestanding building features 2,060 square feet of office space, 19’ ceilings, 2 tailgates, ample employee parking with some modern features. L2, LLC is a wholesale distributor of electronic parts and electronic communications equipment and will use the site as an expansion of its services and operation capabilities.
“Founded in 2011, L2 has quickly outgrown its distribution and warehouse space at its headquarters location in Englewood, NJ,” said Somple. “We were able to find L2 a space that meets their fulfilment needs as well as provides additional office space in an accessible location. The additional site will enable L2 to continue to grow and expands it services.” Somple continued “This transaction moved at a fast pace with various moving parts such as the liquidation of the past tenant. All the involved parties kept their focus on the goal of getting L2 into the building as soon as possible and as a result, this became a seamless transaction.”
