NAI Hanson Grows Parsippany Office With Strategic Hire


-  Retail Industry Veteran Kenneth Fioretti Joins Firm as Sales Associate -

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (June 5, 2014) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced that Kenneth Fioretti has joined the firm as a sales associate.

Fioretti, who will be based out of NAI Hanson’s Parsippany office, will focus his efforts within the activities of the firm’s respected retail team, which assists clients and customers in the full service brokerage activities of NAI Global including a vast array of owners, investors, and tenants needing regional and local market expertise. The firm continues to grow with the assistance of seasoned professionals like Fioretti, who has the knowledge to identify ongoing opportunities within development, investments, leasing and the overall CRE advisement needs of clients the firm represents.

Fioretti has extensive experience in the acquisition, development, leasing and investments of shopping centers and freestanding retail properties. He has represented national, regional and local owners, investors and tenants. Major tenants included ShopRite, Walmart, Walgreens, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Oritani Bank, Tractor Supply, Verizon, Quick Chek, Subway, Supercuts, H&R Block, Chase Bank and Robert Wood Johnson. Fioretti’s background also includes market and demographic analysis for site selection, and a track recordof proven successes in negotiating acquisitions and leases for a variety of properties.

Fioretti attended William Paterson University, and serves as planning board commissioner for the Borough of Bloomingdale.
