NAI Hanson Completes Sale of 25,600-Square-Foot Building in Alpha, N.J.
NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced the sale of a two-story building at 43 Industrial Drive in Alpha, N.J. The 25,600-square-foot property traded for $1.3 million.
NAI Hanson Vice President Sig Schorr represented the seller, Alpha Press, and procured the buyer, Hunterdon Transformer, which designs and manufactures high-performance magnetic devices.
Located on a 7.37-acre tract of land that can be subdivided, the building features a tool and parts department with supervisor’s office, machine shop area, 4,000 square feet of office space on each floor and an air compressor throughout the space.
The building also has three work pits, drive-ins on both levels, one tailgate and ceiling heights of 18 and 22 feet. There is parking for 40 cars. The site offers two different road frontages and is approximately a half-mile from Routes 22 and 78 and just east of the Delaware River.
