NAI Hanson Completes More Than 70,000 Square Feet of Industrial Deals at 30 Wesley Street in South Hackensack, N.J.
NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced that it completed two industrial deals, totaling more than 70,000 square feet, at 30 Wesley Street in South Hackensack, N.J.
In the first transaction, S&K 2000, Inc. signed on to occupy 26,556 square feet at the 246,000-square-foot site.
The NAI Hanson team of Executive Managing Director Michael G. Walters, SIOR, and Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter represented the property owner, 30 Wesley St., LLC. NAI Hanson Senior Vice President Andrew Somple, SIOR, represented the tenant, an international moving company. The unit has a 21-foot ceiling height, two tailgates and two drive-ins.
“This is another example of how quality tenants will always seek out well-located, up-to-date industrial sites,” Walters said. “This site has the advantage of having heavy power capabilities throughout and S&K is a well-known name to add to the roster at 30 Wesley.”
The features of high ceilings and minimal office space were benefits that fit the needs of S&K, according to Somple.
Additionally, DeMagistris and Vetter represented the landlord in the renewal of a 44,452-square-foot lease that Staples will use for warehousing.
Just 8,619 square feet remains available for lease at the property. The space has 860 square feet allocated for office use, an 18-foot ceiling height and two tailgates. The lease rate is $6.75 per square foot net.
Convenient to all major roadways including the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 17, 80 and 46, the site in the Teterboro Airport Industrial submarket is minutes from New York City via the George Washington Bridge.
