NAI Hanson Arranges Sale of Hunterdon Auto
Lebanon, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced it has arranged the sale of Hunterdon Auto located at 1130 Route 22 West in Lebanon, New Jersey. NAI Hanson’s Senior Vice President, Josh Levering, SIOR and Vice President, Sigmund Schorr, represented the seller, Lacamera Realty, in the transaction of the 18,500 state-of-the-art auto center to Calvert Family Holdings. The buyer plans to use the site for the sale, lease and service of previously owned vehicles.
Situated on six acres with parking available to accommodate over 300 vehicles, this very modern facility offers excellent location, access and signage visibility. The full service auto dealership and showroom includes 7-bay service areas and car wash, a modern service and parts department and cleaning station, a spacious showroom with a coffee station and waiting area. The property also includes solar power generating panels used to offset the cost of electric expenses for the property.
“Since the facility was completely modern in both make-up and design with all the improvements and amenities of a full-service auto dealership and service center, the buyer was able to open for business with no downtime,” said Levering. “This property fit perfectly into the buyer’s growth and expansion plans providing a prime tri-state location between New York City and Philadelphia.”
