NAI Hanson Announces Sale of Paramus Retail Site

High-End Furniture Manufacturer Purchases Space for First New Jersey Showroom

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced the sale of a 22,364-square-foot retail property at 55 Route 4 West in Paramus, N.J.

The buyer, high-end furniture manufacturer Stickley Furniture, will use the space for its first showroom in New Jersey. The Manlius, N.Y.-based company has 14 other showrooms throughout the United States and Canada.

NAI Hanson Vice President Joan Cenicola represented Stickley Furniture in the transaction, while Paramount Realty represented the seller.

“Stickley selected this space because it’s located along one of New Jersey’s most prominent and well-trafficked retail corridors with exceptional visibility,” said Cenicola. “This is the perfect space for the company’s expansion into the vital Bergen County retail market.”
