 Website Development Firm Signs Five-Year Deal in 80,000-Square-Foot Asset

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced a five year 6,876 square foot office lease transaction at 299 Market Street in Saddle Brook, N.J.  The tenant, Hudson Horizons, is a website development firm whose programmers create the most sophisticated online presence for leading businesses around the world.

NAI Hanson Sales Associate Louis Tapia represented the tenant in the transaction, while Executive Director of Leasing and Marketing John G. Osborne represented owner Bergman Real Estate Group in-house.

“Hudson Horizons is a cutting-edge website firm that wanted to have a Bergen County address with great accessibility to accommodate its tremendous growth,” said Tapia. “Since 2011, the company has tripled its workforce and expects that growth to continue in order to meet the demand for its services.”

The property is located directly across from the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and has convenient access to I-80, the Garden State Parkway, and Routes 17 and 46.
