NAI Hanson Announces 33,500-SF Lease Transaction in Randolph, N.J.




- Morris Habitat for Humanity Relocates to Well-Located Commercial Site in Morris West/I-80 Corridor -

NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced today that the firm has completed a 33,500-square-foot lease transaction at 274 South Salem St. in Randolph, N.J.

NAI Hanson Vice President Barry J. Cohorsky and Sales Associate Joseph Vindigni representedthe tenant, Morris Habitat for Humanity, which is relocated from neighboring Mine Hill, N.J., The property was chosen due to its excellent highway Route 10 visibility.

“Morris Habitat for Humanity was able to move its operations from Mine Hill to this well-located site in Randolph,” Cohorsky said. “The deal served a dual purpose of providing an outlet to house the company’s Restore retail operation as well as to house their corporate offices.”

Built in 1968, the one-story, single-tenant Class B manufacturing site totals 45,000 square feet on more than 15 acres, with an 18-foot ceiling height, three loading docks and 95 surface parking spaces. The property is located within close proximity to I-80 and Route 46 in the west Morris County area.
